Clients have a right to confidentiality. Contents of treatment will remain confidential. However, below are a few exceptions:
client expressed threat to harm themselves or others
Mandatory reporting of child or elderly abuse or neglect
Release of necessary information to insurance companies for biling purpose
Receipt of a court order or subpoena
